“The Network!” Newsletter Issue # 179

“Men willingly believe what they wish.” ~ Julius Caesar (100 BC – 44 BC)

Good afternoon!

With the kids back in school and the economy warming perhaps it’s a good time to re-up your networking. Tom Peters says, “The best have the best rolodex.” Speaking of networking, tune in next issue as we interview Reid Hoffman, CEO and Chairman of Linkedin.com.

Here’s a networking tip. Keep thank you cards and stationery in your trunk. You meet someone at an event and send them your card that night in the mail. It arrives, in some cases, the next day! Talk about a first impression!
